TRACKERLESS NAVIGATION PLATFORM

Powering AI-Assisted Surgery across orthopaedics and spine

We develop an AI-based, trackerless navigation approach that derives spatial intelligence from standard X-ray imaging without external optical tracking systems or reference frames, operating with unmodified surgical instruments and existing imaging equipment.

This architecture enables seamless integration with semi-automated and next-generation robotic systems while simplifying workflow and reducing operating room complexity.

The platform is adaptable to AI-Assisted Surgery workflows across orthopaedics, including spine, trauma, and joint reconstruction.

Impossible?

Challenging perceived wisdoms in computer-assisted and robotic surgery

For decades, surgical navigation has relied on optical trackers, reference arrays, and hardware add-ons.

We question whether this complexity is inherent. We believe navigation can be redefined through imaging-native intelligence. Our work explores a trackerless paradigm designed to simplify workflow without compromising spatial accuracy.

Witness the metamorphosis.
